Storyline

An unstable dad (Douglas) who after getting out of a mental institution tries to convince his daughter (Wood) that there's Spanish gold buried somewhere under suburbia. The comedy concerns a young girl whose teenage years are complicated by an eccentric and manic-depressive father who becomes obsessed with his belief that there's buried treasure in the San Fernando Valley.



Production Notes

  • Michael Cahill will be making his feature film directorial debut on the project. He is best known for his Faulkner Prize winning novel "A Nixon Man."
