Storyline
Set during Word War II, a 12-year-old English boy's mother dies and his father remarries. When a portal to another world opens, the boy enters a land of beasts and monsters, where he must undertake a quest to earn his way back out.

Based on the novel by bestselling Irish author John Connolly. Director Moore's credits include The Flight of the Phoenix and Behind Enemy Lines.
