Storyline
In 1911, the Mona Lisa, the world’s most famous painting, is stolen from the Louvre. It goes missing for more than two years before an Italian carpenter named Vincent Perugia shows up with the painting in Florence.

Based on the novel "The Day They Stole the Mona Lisa", which was published in 1981.
