Studios offer preview screenings before official releases as a way to promote films through word of mouth. Movie screenings are limited to select locations with passes distributed for free through contests or on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you receive tickets, arrive early as the theaters can be overbooked especially when the movie is highly anticipated.
