Movies Released September 2, 2011

This Year in Movies - The Debt, Apollo 18, and Shark Night 3D open in wide release this weekend. It will be another slow weekend for new releases at cinemas based on early tracking. Last weekend, The Help topped the box office in its third weekend, a feat that no other movie has managed this year. Colombiana came in second with $10.4 million, and Rise of the Planet of the Apes in third with $8.9 million. In fourth place, Don't Be Afraid of the Dark debuted with $8.5 million and Our Idiot Brother placed fourth with $7 million.... Read More
