"I Am Love" tells the story of the wealthy Recchi family of Milan, whose lives are rapidly changing. Meanwhile, Edoardo Jr. has other plans, dreaming of opening a restaurant with a talented chef friend, Antonio (Gabbriellini). At the heart of the family is Tancredi's wife and Edoardo Jr.'s mother, Emma (Swinton), a Russian immigrant who has adopted the culture of Milan, and whose existence is shaken when she enters a passionate love affair with her son’s friend Antonio.

Work pressures cause a single mother moves to China with her young son; in his new home, the boy embraces karate, taught to him by a master of the self-defense form.

An unofficial team of vets are wanted by the military for a crime they didn't commit. While they run from the law, they help innocent people out of bad situations.

Set in an Asian-influenced fantasy world permeated by martial arts and magic, the successor to a long line of Avatars must put aside his irresponsible ways and stop the Fire Nation from enslaving the Water, Earth and Air nations.
