Walt Disney Studios announced Monday that Guillermo del Toro’s “Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark” the remake of the 1983 TV movie that Guillermo del Toro co-wrote and is a producer on, will be released under Disney’s Miramax banner on January 21, 2011.
