At Friday¡¯s Critics¡¯ Choice Movie Awards, Duvall told EW that he¡¯s committed to working on the Billy Bob Thornton indie film project Jayne Mansfield¡¯s Car. ¡°It¡¯s another Southern tale,¡± says Duvall. ¡°It puts Tennessee Williams in the back seat ¡ª it¡¯s that brilliant.¡± According to Duvall, Thornton ¡ª who co-wrote the script with Tom Epperson (the pair also wrote 1992¡äs One False Move together) ¡ª will not only direct but will star in the film.
