For years, old wood carver Mr. Meacham (Robert Redford) has delighted local children with his tales of the fierce dragon that resides deep in the woods of the Pacific Northwest. It's the height of prom season, and high school senior Mandy Yang and her best friend and fellow outsider Ben (Manheim) are surrounded by over-the-top '80s-themed Promposals.
