After verbally committing to the USC football program in 2002, Brian Bank's life is upended when a classmate falsely accuses him of rape. While he maintains his innocence, Banks is sentenced to five years in prison and five years of probation, and is forced to register as a sex offender. With the help the California Innocence Project, Banks' conviction is overturned in 2012. He returns to the gridiron after a 10-year hiatus, playing arena football and going through endless NFL tryouts before finally making the Atlanta Falcons' 75-man roster in April. Although he only plays in four preseason games, Banks fulfills his lifelong dream and is now an activist and spokesperson for the California Innocence Project

A young golf prodigy feels overwhelmed by his famous father and purposefully fails his tryout for his high school golf team, but is devastated when a car wreck puts his father into a coma. Blaming himself, the teenager works hard to earn a second chance on the team and by embracing the power of prayer, sets out to win a state title in his dad’s honor.

The documentary shows how golf caddies often act as advisors, counselors, and confidants on the course.

Follows the stories of the five Russian players that emigrated to America, took root in Detroit, Michigan, and struggled to fit in, all while training day and night to become Stanley Cup champions. The new immigrants had to learn to communicate with their teammates, assimilate into the culture, and become Americans. Yet, along the way, the Russians began to teach the rest of the team the core of Soviet hockey, and better still, they started winning. Those players are Sergei Fedorov, Vladimir Konstantinov, Slava Kozlov, Slava Fetisov, and Igor Larinov.
