Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock) attempts to pull off the heist of the century at New York City’s star-studded annual Met Gala. New York City, 1991. But while the attacks enrage the mob, Bonanno crime family head BIG AL (Garcia) orders his men only to scare the couple. After all, he says, eagles don’t kill flies.
