A story about a man who fails in his attempts to conceive a baby with his wife so he and his friends embark on a heist to take a sample he made years before at a sperm bank.

Follows a journalist who moves his family into a house where another family was murdered. After moving in, he uncovers found footage that leads to clues about the murders.

The plot follows Katie and Hunter Rey (now age 6), who have just moved into a house together as mother and son, and their neighbors, Alex and Alex's mother, who begin to experience the same hauntings which followed Katie and Kristi's family.
