An overeager kid bites off more than he can chew when he prematurely jumps into the family business: hunting monsters.

Daniel Dolphin accepts a dangerous quest to steal the Horn of the Sea Dragon from the Guardians of the Ocean when his girlfriend is kidnapped by an evil fish named Sludge. Despite his reservations, Daniel is accompanied by a spunky young orphaned dolphin named Jax looking to prove she is worthy, and his best friend Carl the Squid.
