When a contract killer (Steven Seagal) encounters a girl on the run from a dangerous, politically connected mob boss (Vinnie Jones) running a human trafficking operation, he is torn between protecting the girl, and remaining loyal to the government agency that hired him.

Deep into a solo voyage in the Indian Ocean, an unnamed man (Robert Redford) wakes to find his 39-foot yacht taking on water after a collision with a shipping container left floating on the high seas. Evie is fascinated with his seductive voice and sultry lyrics and convinces her best friend Violet (Sara Rue) to go with her to the local roadhouse to see him perform.
