Plot: What's the story about?
"The Yankee Bandit" is a biopic in the vein of "Catch Me if You Can" that will tell the life story of Eddie Dodson, a Hollywood art deco furniture store owner who lead a double life as a bank robber. After serving a 12-year prison term, Dodson became a caretaker for Jack Nicholson's Malibu home, before being arrested again for robbing banks. He died at age 54 after serving another three years in the slammer.
