Storylines 4

One month every year, five highly competitive friends hit the ground running in a no-holds-barred game of tag they’ve been playing since the first grade—risking their necks, their jobs and their relationships to take each other down with the battle cry “You’re It!” This year, the game coincides with the wedding of their only undefeated player, which should finally make him an easy target. But he knows they’re coming…and he’s ready. Based on a true story, “Tag” shows how far some guys will go to be the last man standing.

Ten classmates at Gonzaga Preparatory School in Spokane, Washington 23 years ago had long-running game of tag. Now in their 40s, the former classmates have spread across the country in various fields, but they stay in touch during the month of February by chasing each other across the country in an obsessive game of tag. They will jet cross country, break into each other's homes, hide in the bushes until a target appears, or leave for a long vacation to avoid being tagged, all in the name of not ending up "It," and having to wear that loser title a whole year.
