Plot: What's the story about?
Spearfinger, or U'tlun'ta, lives along the sub-range of the Appalachians, also called the Great Smokey Mountains. U'tlun'ta has a sharp finger on the her right hand which resembles a spear or obsidian knife, and she uses to cut her victims and devour their livers.
