Plot: What's the story about?
A crooked bureaucrat/biologist is in danger of losing his successful business when his wife finds out about his pollution scam. He decides to toss her off the back of a cruise liner in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Unfortunately for him, his curvy wife is surprisingly buoyant, and floats on a bale of marijuana until she is rescued by an ex-cop.
