Storyline
The story follows the tale of Vicky and Christina (Scarlett Johansson and Rebecca Hall), two Americans vacationing in the title's Spanish city, who become part of a chain of romances involving an artist (Javier Bardem) and his nutty ex-wife (Penelope Cruz).

This is Allen's fourth film in a row to be shot outside the United States and his first to shoot in Spain. A steamy menage a trois sequence between Bardem, Cruz and Johansson was the talk of the American Film Market when it previewed in Santa Monica in November 2008.
