Speaking of low budget horror movies, Paranormal Activity 2 seems ready to take over the October box office leadership for Saw. Last weekend, the sequel cashed in with over $40 million in ticket sales including over $6 million in Friday midnight showings. Needless to say, that was far above most predictions.
