A high-concept male comedy which revolves around a group of adult male friends who, bored with their lives, visit a hot tub where they once partied. After knocking a few back, they find it can transport them to a time two decades earlier and to their younger, raunchier selves.

The story centers on the chaotic attempts of the Americans to set up a provisional government in the area around Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein's palace.
