Former police detective Joe Dolan and his estranged teenage son, Max, grow closer as they work together to cover up an accidental murder. When the family of the deceased hires a ruthless private investigator to re-examine the evidence in the case and the investigator begins to suspect the Dolans, Max's sanity is pushed to the breaking point and Joe must go to extreme lengths to keep their secret safe.

A contained thriller told through first person POV. A single camera held by a police officer while videotaping a horrendous crime scene, then discovers a video left by the killer, which was made with hidden cameras planted throughout the house they are investigating. As the begins to unravel and bounces back and forth between the lunatic’s homage to his own madness, and the POV of the investigation, the lines blur until the police become a part of the killer’s film.
