The Tiger

Driverless Car Race
A transcontinental car race with autonomous vehicles originates as a beta test to vet competing software companies that will take the lead on futuristic driver-less vehicles. The trial run devolves into major road race after the competitive nature of the start-ups trumps their altruistic intentions. The subjects, normal people who are passengers in these cars, eventually try to take control of the experiment. A simple trek from Paris to Beijing, goes awry as vehicles head off the road and off the grid, getting into all kinds of trouble.
The Sigma Force
A division of the U.S. Department of Defense’s DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) program is housed beneath the Smithsonian in D.C. Staffed by a collection of “killer scientists” (adventurous scientists paired with military operatives), the Force investigates and secures threatening scientific information through counter-terrorism, research and covert ops.

Popeye
The logline is being kept under wraps, but Popeye's love interest Olive Oyl, nemesis Bluto and adopted child Swee'Pea will be part of the adventure. Producer Avi Arad says the new version will cover the themes of friendship, love, greed and life and focus on human strengths and human frailties.
