A down-and-out, young George Washington — desperate to join the British Army — accepts a dangerous mission to conquer a French fort and save the American colonies.

While serving in the war, Dr. Walker is captured by Confederate soldiers after boldly crossing enemy lines to treat wounded civilians and is arrested as a spy – eventually being released in a prisoner exchange.
