A woman and a man travel to eight countries in 21 days without changing clothes. The couple jumps from city to city using almost every mode of transportation on earth: an old train along the Turkish coast, a giant ferry across the Aegean, a cramped bus through the Balkans, a series of hitches through Croatia, a flight to Edinburgh and a pair of bikes in London.
Napkin Notes
A man writes short notes on napkins and puts them in his daughter's lunch when she is in kindergarten. It becomes a daily ritual, and a special way to connect with his young daughter. The practice takes on special meaning for him when he is diagnosed with kidney cancer. He is diagnosed with cancer four times and is given an 8% chance to live long enough to watch his daughter graduate from high school. He's determined to write a total of 826 notes, which will give his now-teenage daughter one note for each day through high school — no matter what happens.

Tells the story of a stray dog that Maj. Brian Dennis rescued while on a tour of duty on the front lines in Iraq. After nursing the dog back to health and caring for it as his own, he arranged to have him shipped back to the U.S. and was reunited with the dog when his tour ended.
