Located in a remote part of West Virginia, the contestants soon discover that what they really are fighting for is their survival — against a family of hideously deformed inbred cannibals who plan to ruthlessly butcher them all

Something happens to a bus transporting the country’s worst murderers to a high security prison, which leads the prisoners to escape. Unbeknownst to them, the wooden territory that they’re attempting to traverse through is inhabited by the infamous inbred family from the previous films.
