The Galapagos Affair
Set in the late 1920s, German doctor Friedrich Ritter and his patient, Dore Strauch, leave their spouses to pursue a utopian dream on the deserted Galapagos island of Floreana. Their peace and solitude is disrupted by the arrival of the glamorous "Baroness" Eloise Wagner de Bosquet and her two young lovers. Disturbed by the Baroness, Friedrich and Dore's island paradise gradually descends in a spiral of jealousy, resentment, violence and eventually murder.

Born Andrei Friedman and Gerta Pohorylle, Capa and Taro reinvented themselves after fleeing the Nazis in 1934 to Paris, where they built a life together. It was there, after the war, that the two would create the Magnum photo agency in 1947.
Cortes (Series)
In 1519, Hernando Cortez leads an infiltration into Mexico bringing with him religion, diseases like smallpox and a lust for gold & silver. Right away Cortez develops a relationship with Aztec ruler Montezuma. Initially held as a guest/prisoner by the Aztec leader, Cortez eventually turns the tables. The Spanish aggression leads to outright battles with invading forces and when Montezuma finally succumbs, he is killed by his countryman shortly after. The warring continues and, Cortez fathers a child with Montezuma's daughter, following his death.
