With the ’70s behind him, San Diego’s top rated newsman, Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), returns to the news desk in Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues. Also back for more are Ron’s co-anchor and wife, Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate), weather man Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), man on the street Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd) and sports guy Champ Kind (David Koechner) — all of whom won’t make it easy to stay classy … while taking New York’s first 24-hour news channel by storm.

A Barbie doll living in Barbieland is expelled from the world for not being perfect enough, too eccentric and not fitting the usual mold. Set in New York City, "The Other Guys follows Detective Allen Gamble (Will Ferrell), a forensic accountant who's more interested in paperwork than hitting the streets, and Detective Terry Hoitz (Mark Wahlberg), who has been stuck with Allen as his partner ever since an embarrassing public incident with his quick trigger finger. When Will Ferrell finds out his close friend of 30 years is coming out as a trans woman, the two decide to embark on a cross-country road trip to process this new stage of their relationship in an intimate portrait of friendship, transition, and America.

Ignatius J. Reilly is 30 years old and lives at home with his mother in New Orleans. When he's not working on a writing project, he's complaining about virtually everything and insulting everyone, to the point that he alienates all those around him. Eventually, when left with no other options, he has to find a job. This film adaptation of the John Kennedy Toole novel has been rumored for years, but it now looks to be under way at Miramax. The author never lived to see the book's publication; he committed suicide in 1969. The book went on to win the Pulitzer Prize.
