A restored version of Chris Marker and Pierre Lhomme's 1963 film Le Joli Mai. The film probes the mood in the streets of Paris in May of 1962. “The first springtime of peace” that followed the March ceasefire between France and Algeria after seven years of war.

Written and directed by John Cameron Mitchell, "Shortbus" explores the lives of several characters living in present-day New York as they navigate the comic and tragic intersections between love and sex. Male and female, straight and gay, the characters find one and other -- and eventually find themselves -- when they all converge at a weekly underground salon called "Shortbus," a mad nexus of art, music, politics, and polysexual carnality.

After a fateful meeting with a big-time talent agent in a southern swamp, Kermit heads for Hollywood to be a star. Along the way, a cast of lovable Muppet characters, including the dazzling Miss Piggy, the hilarious Fozzie Bear and Gonzo the Great, join him to become movie stars, too! Together they rub elbows with some of the biggest names on the silver screen! When the evil Doc Hopper tries to turn Kermit into the spokesfrog for his chain of fast food frog's legs restaurants, the Muppets must sing, dance and karate chop their way to Hollywood!
