In Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, Dwight (Josh Brolin) is hunted down by the only woman he ever loved, Ava Lord, and then watches his life go straight to hell. Chronologically, this story takes place prior to “The Big Fat Kill” (featured in the film Frank Miller's Sin City) and explains how Dwight came to have a dramatically different face.

Ui-gang is a hit man who has decided to retire. He has a nice house and all the money he needs, but one day his girlfriend takes a trip to Jeju Island and leaves him with a request. Her companion on the trip has a 17-year old daughter Yoon-ji who will be left alone during their three week vacation. At the end, he was sentenced to life in prison, and a young 24 year old Gotti Jr. becomes the acting Boss of the Family. Gotti Jr. is also investigated and arrested in his own connections to crime by the FBI. Gotti Jr. ultimately rejects the legacy he was born into, and walks away a “civilian”.
