  • Rights were acquired by Warner Bros. Pictures to the role-playing game fantasy game created by Gary Gygax and Dave Ameson. Based on David Leslie Johnson's Chainmail script which was picked up in September 2012 and will be reworked (2013).
  • Paramount Pictures has acquired the rights via Hasbro distribution deal and slotted the film for release in 2021 (12/18/17).
