Centers on a mentally ill man (Zachary Quinto) who, after suffering hallucinations, begins to see a therapist. He believes he has fallen in love, but isn't sure if his new soulmate is real or a hallucination. At the same time, his new therapist also finds love — with her new patient's famous brother.

The story follows Lulu Danger’s unsatisfying marriage taking a turn for the worse when a mysterious man from her past comes to town to perform an event called “An Evening With Beverly Luff Linn; For One Magical Night Only.”
