After the tragic loss of their teenage son, a family is again thrown into turmoil by the arrival of a young woman.

In the thriller, Julianne Moore plays a successful doctor who suspects her husband (Liam Neeson) of cheating. She tests his fidelity by hiring an escort (Amanda Seyfried) to seduce him. The move unlocks a series of complications that puts her family in danger.

A bounty hunter is hired to retrieve his ex-wife who has skipped bail.

Described as a clash-of-cultures comedy, the story centers on two overbearing fathers (Whitaker, Mencia) who must put aside their differences to plan the wedding of their son and daughter (Ferrera) in less than two weeks.

The film is a comedy about a 13-year-old's adventures as she attempts to navigate the pressures of family, school and her impending bat mitzvah.

Plot details are being kept under wraps, but the story is expected to center on the intimacies of relationships in the manner of Noah Baumbach's other films, such as "The Squid and the Whale."

A documentary about California's Proposition 8, which restricted the definition of marriage to opposite-sex couples, and the influence of Mormon involvement.
