Earl Montgomery (Martin Lawrence) is a cocky L.A.P.D. cadet who would probably be a great cop if it weren't for his rebellious behavior. When his attitude gets him kicked out of the police academy, he can only find employment as a lowly security guard at "National Security." After Earl accuses uptight police officer Hank Rafferty (Steve Zahn) of harassment, Hank is stripped of his badge and ends up as a guard at National Security as well, where Earl's overzealous style of police work leads to the discovery of a sophisticated smuggling operation led by Nash (Eric Roberts) and a possible police cover-up. Now everyone wants Earl and Hank dead – though they just may kill each other first.

Set on Mars in the year 2071, "Cowboy Bebop: The Movie" is based on the much-loved animated television series by Japanese director Shinichiro Watanabe. As the film begins, Spike (David Lucas) and his gang of gypsy vigilantes are roaming the city, looking for trouble when Faye (Wendee Lee) witnesses a bioterrorist attack. Hovering above the city in her spaceship, she sees a man fleeing the scene. Over 500 people die in the attack, and the city offers a monetary reward for any information. The gang jumps at the opportunity. They decide to branch out, each using their own tactics to research the tragedy. Spike slinks through Chinatown, being led by shady underground characters. Faye traces the image of the man she saw back to military files. And the young Ed (Mellisa Fahn) and her dog Ein do some handy computer research. Meanwhile Jet (Beau Billinglsea), holds down the fort, worried about the gang. When the criminal Vincent (Daran Norris), is identified, with a connection to Spike's love interest Elektra (Jennifer Hale), the real action begins.

"Cowboy Bebop" is a visually dramatic film that combines several styles of illustration into one beautiful, cohesive animated environment. The Mars of this film is a combination of cities: New York, Hong Kong, London, Paris, and many more. Viewers are compelled to identify monuments and familiar structures, while the terrorist thematic hits fearfully close to home.

A father who loses his job, played by Eddie Murphy, decides to open a free-spirited daycare center with a friend (Jeff Garlin) and a computer geek (Steve Zahn). Anjelica Huston plays the evil owner of a rival daycare center.

Dr. Tess Coleman (Jamie Lee Curtis) and her fifteen-year-old daughter, Anna (Lindsay Lohan), are not getting along. This is the story of what happens when a famous director (Sutherland) travels to China to film a historical epic about the last emperor of the Qing Dynasty. As the title suggests, there's also something about the director's planned funeral. Specifically, as he's about to die, his crew discover that he doesn't the money to pay for it, so they concoct a scheme to use "product endorsements" of the funeral by major companies.

Many years ago, a playful toddler accidentally ended up in one of Santa's bags of presents, and got whisked away to the North Pole, where he would live out his entire childhood. One of Santa's elves adopted the child, named Buddy, and raised it among the tight-knit community of elves, who live up North with Santa, making toys year-round. Now a tall, fully grown man, Buddy and his distinctly non-elfishness, regularly causes havoc in Santa's workshop. He is unable to fully fit in with the other elves, and becomes forlorn. This inspires Buddy's adopted elf father to suggest to his human son that it's time for him to travel out into the world of men, and try to find his biological father and family back in New York City. However, it maybe just as hard for Buddy to fit into this new world, as he's only existed with other elves around him, and is not quite used to the ways of humans--especially urbanites.

Formed in the 1960's, the Folksmen (Guest, McKean, Shearer) were a key group in the "Great Folk Music Scare", meeting as freshmen at Ohio Wesleyan College, and touring for 26 months as a folk trio, singing a unique type of "eclectified folk" music. It wasn't meant to last, however, and the three musicians went their separate ways. Now, thirty years later, they've reunited for a comeback tour of sorts, as long as the folk festivals they're playing at are within a day's travel of their homes, all of which leads up to a climactic memorial concert at Carnegie Hall following the death of a legendary folk music promoter, where they reunite with two other folk groups. In the tradition of This is Spinal Tap (an aging heavy metal band), Waiting for Guffman (a small town theater group), and Best in Show (the Westminster Dog Show), this is a mocking look at the world of folk music.

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are back - and oh so bad - on the streets of Miami in "Bad Boys II", reuniting them with director Michael Bay and producer Jerry Bruckheimer. When Tom Baker (Steve Martin) gets a job offer to coach football at Northwestern University in Chicago, he and his wife, Mary, move to the big city, which is a big change for them and their 12 children, who range from preschool-age twins Kyle and Nigel all the way up to 22-year-old Anne who has already left home. With the recent publication of her long-in-the-works book, Mary feels demands outside the home taking away as much time as Tom's new job does, so the two are forced to try to find new ways of parenting their massive tribe, but they find their parenting styles aren't always completely compatible...
