Batman (Christian Bale) raises the stakes in his war on crime in Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight." A pair of veteran New York City police detectives are on the trail of a vigilante serial killer. The story is based on the Chinese legend of the monkey king, and follows a teenager who finds the king's stick weapon in a pawn shop. The teen is transported back in time to ancient China, where he joins with some warriors as they attempt to free their king. Jet Li will play two roles - the monkey king and the silent monk. Jackie Chan will play monk T'sa-Ho.
