Based on the best-selling novel by Susanna Moore, "In the Cut" is a psychological thriller starring Meg Ryan and directed by Jane Campion. Ryan plays a lonely New York woman who discovers the darker side of passion after becoming involved with a tough homicide detective, who is investigating a series of murders in her neighborhood.

Set in contemporary London in the weeks before Christmas, "Love Actually" tells one story which weaves together a spectacular number of love stories-sometimes romantic, sometimes sad, sometimes stupid-all funny in their own way. Everywhere you look, love is causing chaos. From the new bachelor Prime Minister who falls in love 30 seconds after entering Downing Street to a loser sandwich delivery guy who doesn't have a hope with the girls in the UK, so heads for Wisconsin; from a jilted writer who escapes to the south of France to nurse his broken heart to an aging rock star trying to make a comeback at any price; from a bride having problems with her husband's best man to a married woman having trouble with her husband; from a schoolboy with a crush on the prettiest girl in the school to his architect step-father with a crush on Claudia Schiffer. These London lives and loves collide, mingle and finally climax on Christmas Eve-again and again and again-with romantic, poignant and funny consequences for all.

This concert documentary captures the performances of the "Concert for George" on November 29th, 2002 at Royal Albert Hall in London, as a celebration of the life and career of the Beatles' "quiet one," George Harrison. That day was the 1st anniversary of Harrison's death. The concert featured performances of Harrison's songs by the other two surviving Beatles, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, as well as other friends and contemporaries of his like Eric Clapton, Billy Preston, and fellow Traveling Wilburys Jeff Lynne and Tom Petty. These performances include Jeff Lynne singing "I Want to Tell You," "Inner Light" and "Give Me Love"; Tom Petty singing "Taxman," "I Need You" and "Handle with Care"; Ringo Starr singing "Photograph" and Paul McCartney singing "For You Blue" and "While My Guitar Gently Weeps." There is also a performance of a special composition by Ravi Shankar, performed by his daughter Anoushka Shankar and a 16-piece Indian orchestra. The other Harrison songs that were performed were: "All Things Must Pass," "Here Comes the Sun," "Honey Don't," "Isn't it a Pity," "My Sweet Lord" and "Something." Finally, the musical performances are accompanied by some of George's favorite skits by his good friends, the Monty Python troupe, accompanied by Tom Hanks, including "The Lumberjack Song" and "Sit on My Face."

In this romantic comedy, British artist Colin Ware (Colin Firth) discovers that his fiance, Vera (Minnie Driver), the love of his life, is going to marry another man. Distraught and despondent, he gets on a plane for America and ends up in the tiny town of Hope in New England. All's going well and Colin has almost forgotten his old flame until Vera suddenly shows up with a surprise of her own. "Hope Springs" is about finding happiness where you least expect it.

At the beginning of the film, a man (Markku Peltola) who has traveled to Helsinki in search of work gets mugged and loses his memory, forcing him to start completely anew. He soon discovers love (Kati Outinen), and a new set of values. A small story about people who still know how to be gentle.

Set in a small Edo period Japanese brothel near Tokyo, this is the story of a young samurai, Fusanosuke (Hidetaka Yoshioka), who seeks refuge there in the company of a young prostitute, Oshin (Nagiko Tono), after he accidentally wounded a powerful samurai during an argument whose colleagues are now seeking to kill Fusanosuke in return. This movie is an anthology of four gay-themed short films that have been recent hits on the film festival circuit: "Bumping Heads"; "L.T.R."; "O' Beautiful"; and "This Car Up". "Bumping Heads" is the story of two gay men trying to figure out if they want to become boyfriends who find themselves working through issues one night at a hospital emergency room. "L.T.R." is the story of a young gay couple in a "long-term relationship" who allow a documentary film crew to follow them around. "O Beautiful" shows what happens after a gay bashing in a corn field, when one of the attackers returns to reveal a secret, and express remorse for what he did. "This Car Up" uses a split-screen to follow the synchronized lives of two lovers.

Culture clash and scandal ensue as the sisters learn what it really takes to be an American in Paris.

Claire (Ayanna), a goal-oriented Columbia University graduate student, meets Jack (Brody). At once unimpressed and intrigued by his bad-boy persona, Claire eventually agrees to meet him. Attraction quickly turns into infatuation and love. Jack runs a regular scam conning foreign businessmen with his partner Charlie (Seda) and two struggling actresses. Though charmed by Claire's acute intellect, he pushes her away, just like he has with previous partners. Abandoned and traumatized, Claire begins to neglect her studies and throws herself into a self-destructive downward spiral. As Detective Linda Fox's (Grier) efforts to expose Jack and Charlie's scam intensifies, the once self-assured Jack finds his world crumbling.
