In the thriller, Julianne Moore plays a successful doctor who suspects her husband (Liam Neeson) of cheating. She tests his fidelity by hiring an escort (Amanda Seyfried) to seduce him. The move unlocks a series of complications that puts her family in danger.

Described as a clash-of-cultures comedy, the story centers on two overbearing fathers (Whitaker, Mencia) who must put aside their differences to plan the wedding of their son and daughter (Ferrera) in less than two weeks.
