The film follows Danny Stratton (Orlando Bloom), who is a washed-up private security agent. When he’s given the rare opportunity to escort a valuable Chinese antique out of Shanghai, he finds himself ambushed. With the safety of the woman he loves in jeopardy, Danny has to work with his team of experts to save her, while also outsmarting the ultimate mastermind behind the mission.

Norway, 1943: after a failed anti-Nazi sabotage mission leaves his eleven comrades dead, Norwegian resistance fighter Jan Baalsrud (Thomas Gullestad) finds himself on the run from the Gestapo through the snowbound Arctic reaches of Scandinavia. Follows a high tech intelligent, lovable robot that is stolen from a secret research facility by the project’s lead scientist, Dr. Josephine Palmer (Kelly Hu). During an intense chase, Dr. Palmer is forced to hide F.R.E.D.I. in an abandoned shelter deep in the forest.

F.R.E.D.I. is found by 15-year-old James (Lucius Hoyos), and the pair quickly bond as they skate through teenage troubles whilst keeping it a secret from James’ recently divorced father, Randy (Tyler Christopher). James’ best friend, science-whiz kid Danny (Reid Miller), and the subject of James’ affection, the unattainable Natalie (Casimere Jollette), team up to escape the manic corporate villain Grant (Angus MacFadyen), hot on F.R.E.D.I.’s tracks.

Ricardo and Carolina are complete strangers that meet seemingly by chance in the “Forest of the Lost Souls”, a place where many people go to commit suicide. These two, a young woman and an old man, are no different than the others as they also came to the forest for this very reason.

They decide to briefly postpone killing themselves in order to explore the forest and also to continue talking to one another, as Ricardo and Carolina find themselves intrigued by one another.

However, as the pair go further into the forest it becomes clear that one of them has other reasons for being in the forest and is not who they would have the other believe them to be and is actually a psychopath…
