  • Director Bob Persichetti was head of story on Puss in Boots and The Little Prince (6/16/16).
  • "What inspired us the most is that anyone can wear the mask. You can be any race, creed or color," said exec producer Phil Lord and Chris Miller (Sony Animation, 1/18/17).
  • Miles Morales was created by Brian Michael Bendis and Sara Pichelli. He was introduced in 2011 as part of the Ultimate Marvel imprint, where he took on Spider-Man suit after the death of that universe's Peter Parker (Hollywood Reporter, 1/18/17).
