He went on to find and manage a string of acts, from Gerry and the Pacemakers to Cilla Black and Billy J Kramer. He also promoted the legends he didn’t manage. Bands like The Jimi Hendrix Experience, The Who, Pink Floyd, Procol Harum and Cream all performed (often sharing the same Sunday night bill) at The Saville Theatre, which Brian leased in 1965.

Midas Man will chart Brian’s tumultuous life, through formative years to his unimaginable success as a manager and the ensuing chaos which came with handling the biggest music acts the world had ever heard and seen.
