When a bloody bank robber Calhoun arrives near death at an isolated ranch, Pandora (Heather Graham) and her daughter Hester are forced to care for him in their remote cabin. Notorious outlaw gang leader Bear John (Tom Hopper) is on the hunt for the bank’s haul of cash, and Calhoun, who killed several of his fellow bank robbers to keep the cash for himself. Pandora becomes suspicious of Calhoun, but is left with no time to prepare for bloodshed, as Bear John and his gang of thugs arrive intent on brutal revenge. However, Pandora is prepared to show the men that she will do anything to protect her daughter, even if it means having killer instincts.

Described by sources as a “cousin” to the Paranormal Activity movies. The film will be Latino-themed. It will star a Latino cast and will tackle Catholic-based paranormal mythology.

"Priest", a post-apocalyptic sci fi thriller, is set in an alternate world -- one ravaged by centuries of war between man and vampires. The story revolves around a legendary Warrior Priest (Paul Bettany) from the last Vampire War who now lives in obscurity among the other downtrodden human inhabitants in walled-in dystopian cities ruled by the Church. When his niece (Lily Collins) is abducted by a murderous pack of vampires, Priest breaks his sacred vows to venture out on an obsessive quest to find her before they turn her into one of them. He is joined on his crusade by his niece’s boyfriend (Cam Gigandet), a trigger-fingered young wasteland sheriff, and a former Warrior Priestess (Maggie Q) who possesses otherworldly fighting skills.

The plot follows Katie and Hunter Rey (now age 6), who have just moved into a house together as mother and son, and their neighbors, Alex and Alex's mother, who begin to experience the same hauntings which followed Katie and Kristi's family.
