The film tells the story of a humiliating high school mishap from 1992 that sends the Impractical Jokers on the road, competing in hidden camera challenges for the chance to turn back the clock and redeem three of the four. The film stars The Tenderloins- Joe Gatto, James Murray, Brian Quinn and Sal Vulcano, and is produced by The Tenderloins, Chris Henchy and Funny or Die's Jim Ziegler.

The film follows Jess (Sandra Echeverria), a talented, high-powered marketing executive at an upscale tequila company who falls for Hank (Jaime Camil), a charismatic mattress store owner. However, Hank hasn't been completely open with Jess - Hank suffers from a variety of issues for which he takes an endless assortment of medications. What is supposed to be a tropical "business and pleasure" trip begins to spiral out of control when Hank discovers that he left his meds behind and is no longer able hide his various symptoms, going from handsome charmer to an erratic loudmouth.

Susan has always been the self-centered oddball in her family, who lazily skated through life with their grudging support until one day she wakes up to realize she’s middle-aged with no job, no relationship, and an increasingly estranged family. His probation officer is at her limit, his family has heard his promises a million times before and even his nephew Lil' Eric finally confronts him with the reality of his situation, but in the end, can TJ really change his ways?
