The movie tells intertwining stories of a group of New Yorkers as they navigate their way through romance over the course of New Year's Eve. Robert De Niro will play a bitter dying man in a hospital, while Michelle Pfeiffer will be a frustrated executive secretary who decides to tackle her unfulfilled resolutions. Hilary Swank will play a producer of the famed Times Square New Year's Eve show. Ashton Kutcher will play a guy who hates New Year's Eve.

The logline is being kept under wraps, although it is known Sherlock Holmes (Robert Downey Jr.), and his longtime trusted associate, Dr. Watson (Jude Law), will face off against Moriarty (Jared Harris). Also making an appearance will be Holmes' brother, Mycroft. Noomi Rapace's role is shrouded in mystery although sources say the character may be a French Gypsy. It is unclear if the role is romantic in nature.

On vacation aboard a luxury cruise ship, Alvin, Simon, Theodore and the Chipettes are up to their usual antics, turning the ship into their personal playground, until they become 'chipwrecked' on a desert island. The new "Harold & Kumar" comedy picks up six years after the duo's last adventure. With a little help from a couple of familiar Spy Kids, Carmen (Alexa Vega) and Juni Cortez (Daryl Sabara), they just may be able to save the world and possibly bring their family together while they're at it.

The film centers around the space race between the U.S.S.R. and the USA, suggesting there was a hidden Transformers role in it all that remains one of the planet's most dangerous secrets. The villain of the third film will be Shockwave.

When Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) crosses paths with a woman from his past (Penelope Cruz) he's not sure if it's love—or if she's a ruthless con artist who’s using him to find the Fountain of Youth. When she forces him aboard the ship of the formidable pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane), Jack finds himself on an unexpected adventure in which he doesn’t know who to fear more: Blackbeard or the woman from his past.

The film continues the adventures of Po the Panda (Jack Black) and and his friends known as the Furious Five - Tigress, Crane, Mantis, Viper and Monkey. This time the story follows Po who, whilst in search of other pandas, happens across a group of bandits. Gary Oldman will voice a character called Peacock who helps Po on his way but is more than he seems.

Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms), Alan (Zach Galifianakis) and Doug (Justin Bartha) travel to exotic Thailand for Stu’s wedding. After the unforgettable bachelor party in Las Vegas, Stu is taking no chances and has opted for a safe, subdued pre-wedding brunch. However, things don’t always go as planned. A source familiar with the production said the character of the tattoo artist (played by Liam Neeson) is "pivotal" to the plot, in which one of the stars gets a tattoo during a night of debauchery.

"Scream 4" sees the return of the three main characters, along with a group of new stars. Said to jump-start a proposed new trilogy of the franchise.

But he's not the only one on their tail. Hard-nosed federal agent Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) never misses his target. When he is assigned to track down Dom and Brian, he and his strike team launch an all-out assault to capture them. But as his men tear through Brazil, Hobbs learns he can't separate the good guys from the bad. Now, he must rely on his instincts to corner his prey... before someone else runs them down first.

"Hood vs. Evil" will find a teen Red training in a distant land with a mysterious, covert group called Sisters of the Hood. She is then called upon by Nicky Flippers—head of the Happily Ever After Agency—who teams her with the Wolf to investigate the disappearance of Hansel and Gretel. The character of Granny, and the rest of the "Hoodwinked" gang, also return and are joined by new characters.

"Rodrick Rules," which will be based on the second book in the "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" series, follows middle school student Greg Heffley, his older brother Rodrick, and the school talent show.

FBI Agent Malcolm Turner and his 17-year-old nephew Trent go undercover at an all-girls' school for the arts, after Trent witnesses a murder. They pose, respectively, as Big Momma and Charmaine, in order to find evidence incriminating the murderer before he finds them.
