An enigmatic man named Agent Graves presents different people, for reasons unknown, with a gun, the identity of the person who ruined their lives and a hundred rounds of untraceable ammunition.

The film is about a man who believes that he left behind his family's ties to organized crime, only to find that easier said than done upon returning to Philadelphia. It was inspired by the real life experiences of Joseph Pistone, the FBI agent otherwise known as Donnie Brasco.

Follows U.S. Marine Nelson Sanchez (Almanzar), who just returned to his neighborhood after serving in the War in Afghanistan. Amid the celebration honoring his homecoming, word reaches him that the vengeful brother of a drug dealer he accidentally killed years ago, is due to arrive on the 11:55 bus into town.
