Detective Axel Foley (Eddie Murphy) is back on the beat in Beverly Hills. His mentor is Orange Juice, a veteran man of leisure, with all the street credibility to back it up. OJ teaches Corde the rules of the game and raises him up as his young prot.

Charlie "Lucky" Luciano rises from the streets to organize a major crime syndicate.
