Ex-con, Joe Ransom, drinks heavily, outruns police and gambles away his money. Dorothy must help this group band together against the Jester, a wicked new villain who believes that all of Oz should be under his control. How will Dorothy and her new companions work together in a seemingly disastrous time to restore Oz to the place we all know and love?
