The logline is being kept under wraps, although it is known Sherlock Holmes (Robert Downey Jr.), and his longtime trusted associate, Dr. Watson (Jude Law), will face off against Moriarty (Jared Harris). Also making an appearance will be Holmes' brother, Mycroft. Noomi Rapace's role is shrouded in mystery although sources say the character may be a French Gypsy. It is unclear if the role is romantic in nature.

"Puss in Boots" will star Antonio Banderas as Puss In Boots and Salma Hayek as Kitty, Puss' love interest. Swords will cross and hearts will be broken in this adventure starring one of the most beloved characters of the Shrek universe - Puss In Boots. It's a swashbuckling ride through Puss's early years as he teams with mastermind Humpty Dumpty and the street-savvy Kitty to steal the famed Goose that lays the Golden Eggs.

Gerard Butler will star in Machine Gun Preacher, the story of Sam Childers. Childers is a former drug dealer and gang member who turned around his life and now dedicates his time to rescuing children in war-torn Sudan.

Set in present day San Francisco, "Rise of the Apes" deals with the aftermath of man's experiments with genetic engineering that lead to the development of intelligence in apes and the onset of a war for supremacy. James Franco will play a driven scientist who becomes a crucial figure in the war between humans and apes.

"Transformers 3" features Sam Witwicky (LaBeouf) taking his first tenuous steps into adulthood while remaining a reluctant human ally of Optimus Prime. The film centers around the space race between the U.S.S.R. and the USA, suggesting there was a hidden Transformers role in it all that remains one of the planet's most dangerous secrets. The villain of the third film will be Shockwave.

In the fifth installment in the "Fast and Furious" series, former cop Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker) partners with ex-con Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) on the opposite side of the law. Storyline revolves around a group of nine Earthbound aliens who escaped their planet just before it was destroyed by a rival species. The group hide out on Earth, disguised as teenagers. The title character (Alex Pettyfer) soon discovers, however, that he is still being hunted by the enemy.

The film continues the adventures of Po the Panda (Jack Black) and and his friends known as the Furious Five - Tigress, Crane, Mantis, Viper and Monkey. This time the story follows Po who, whilst in search of other pandas, happens across a group of bandits. Gary Oldman will voice a character called Peacock who helps Po on his way but is more than he seems.

To increase his family’s prestige, the Marquis de Mézières forces Marie to marry the Prince de Montpensier, whom she has never met.

Meteors shoot into the ocean a couple of miles off the coast of Los Angeles. Minutes later, beachgoers witness a strange alien like army oozing out of the water.
